We had a fantastic experience during our 5-night stay. The front desk went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready and even arranged a Lyft to a nearby restaurant, making our stay seamless. Ivy at the bar was a gem, serving refreshing margaritas and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

So I gotta say the staff really goes outta their way to help you. I had a real long day and the front guy actually helped me find a good place to eat nearby, I mean that's the kinda service you don’t expect from just anywhere. Plus my room had this amazing view that just made everything better, I felt relaxed for once.

Krystal at the front desk was wonderful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and chilling in the jacuzzi after a long day. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit big for comfort, but we overall had a fantastic time! 😊

During my three-night stay, I was impressed by the spaciousness of my King Room and the attentiveness of the staff. They made me feel welcomed and were always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's proximity to lovely hiking trails was a bonus for outdoor enthusiasts, and the Pool area was a refreshing escape. However, I did find the TV selection lacking, which could be improved.

Additionally, the entryway light was malfunctioning, and the room’s telephone wasn’t even connected, which is inconvenient when trying to communicate any issues. While the beds seemed comfortable to some, they were too firm for my taste, leading to a restless night. The breakfast situation left a lot to be desired, with some guests feeling misled about what's included. better communication could really enhance the experience.
